Maffeo Massimo’s Farm obtains delicious jams from cultivated fruits; they are produced in our own laboratories according to traditional methods and recipes, without using any chemical treatment.
“Terra Grata” extra jams are produced through a quick trasformation of the fresh fruit, picked up early, through short cooking times preserving in this way the quality of the fruits and keeping the fragrance and taste of summer months.
In order to obtain this result, the cooking is made on a slow flame, and softly boiling the compound without an excessive quantity of sugar to maintain the flavour and fragrance of the fresh fruit.
